Shipping Details:

• Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to locations listed on our website. Please verify serviceability by checking your pin/zip code before placing your order.
• Dispatch Location: Orders are shipped either from our Indian warehouse or directly from the artisan source, depending on lead times.

Delivery Details:

• Estimated delivery times are mentioned on individual product pages. These timelines are indicative and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Any updates will be promptly communicated to our valued customers.
• For Made-to-Order / Customised Pieces: Delivery timelines depend on production and dispatch schedules. Please note, such orders may take longer — up to a month or more in some cases.
• All listed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Please note that delivery timelines may be impacted by external factors beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, strikes, or lockdowns in the delivery region.
• Changes to the delivery address can only be accommodated before the order has been shipped and are subject to serviceability at the new pin/zip code.

Order Details:

• Order cancellations are only possible before dispatch. For cancellation requests, please email us at contactus@ostori.com.
• Order confirmation and shipping updates will be shared with you at the email address provided at the time of purchase.
• For any concerns regarding your order or product, kindly notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Please include a detailed description along with relevant photographs of the product for resolution.
• Heavy or high-value products may incur additional shipping charges, which include customs, insurance, and freight.

Refund & Cancellation

At O’Stori, we celebrate the soul of handcrafted artistry. Each piece is made by hand, which means natural variations in colour, texture, and finish are not flaws, but testaments to the unique craftsmanship behind your purchase. In the case of traditional paintings, minor differences in tones or brushwork from what’s shown online may occur and are to be expected.

That said, if you wish to return a product, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy outlined below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Please Note:

• O’Stori does not offer returns on any product(s).
• Once an order has been received, it can only be returned.

Return & Replacement

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactus@ostori.com. 
Kindly include the following details in your request:

• Invoice for the product
• Clear images or videos (especially for fragile items)
• Reason for return

Please Note:

Original packaging, including price tags, labels, invoices, and any accompanying freebies, must be retained and returned with the product.

Your return request must be approved by the O’Stori team before a reverse pickup can be arranged.

• In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will be required to courier the product back to us within 7 days of approval, at their own cost.
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and securely packed in the original packaging.
• Products can only be returned for a refund.
• This policy is applicable only to purchases made through our online store.

Cancellation of Order

If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us before the item is dispatched. If the item has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered.

Note: Shipping and delivery charges will be deducted from your refund in such cases.

Shipping and Payments

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for all pre-made orders. Please note that COD is not available for customised or made-to-order products.
• When a customer chooses to pay via COD, both the delivery and return charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct a quality inspection to ensure it is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

Once the inspection is completed and the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund within 3 working days. You will be notified once the refund has been processed.

• Refunds will be processed within 10-12 working days of this confirmation.
• All refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted.
• For COD orders, both the initial delivery and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
• For prepaid orders with three failed delivery attempts, refunds will be processed within 12-15 working days of our notification of the same to you.

Other Terms & Conditions

No returns and refunds will be accepted for:

• Personal care items
• Jewellery
• Customised or made-to-order products
• Discounted or sale items

Orders, Pricing, & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are displayed in AED and include taxes where applicable.
• We accept payments via the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken immediately at purchase.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors appear or stock is unavailable; in such cases, we will notify you and refund any amount charged.

Shipping, Customs, & Delivery

• We ship to the UAE. International customers are responsible for customs, import duties, taxes, and any other fees charged by local authorities.
• Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to customs, courier performance, or natural events.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless local law says otherwise.

Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

Because O’Stori sells handcrafted goods, our policy is as follows:

• Inspection Window: You have 7 calendar days from delivery to report damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please keep the original packaging.
• Evidence: For damaged claims, we require clear photos and, for some items, an unboxing video showing the item and packaging.
• Change of Mind: Unless otherwise specified in a particular product listing or promotion, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.
• Remedies: For valid claims, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we confirm the claim.
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled if done before the item is dispatched. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.

Note: O’Stori does not offer a replacement for any ready-made or customised order. ONLY refunds are offered.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website (images, copy, logos, designs) belongs to O’Stori or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use content for commercial purposes without permission.
