1. How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking ID. You can use this ID to check your shipment status on our Track Your Order page at any time. We’ll also send you timely updates via email or WhatsApp as your order is packed, dispatched, and out for delivery.
2. When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. For customised orders, please allow us 10–15 business days, depending on your location. Each item is hand-packed with care, and we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! O’Stori celebrates Indian craftsmanship across borders. Shipping rates and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can assist with changes or cancellations. Please email us at support@ostori.com for any further assistance.
1. What is your return policy?
As most of our products are handcrafted in small batches, we do not offer returns unless the item is damaged or defective. If you’ve received a flawed item, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery with clear images at support@ostori.com, and we’ll make it right.
2. Can I exchange a product?
We only accept exchanges in case of size issues for apparel items (if applicable) or if the product delivered is incorrect or defective. All exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
3. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry that happened. Please send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging at support@ostori.com within 72 hours of receiving it. We’ll review it and initiate a replacement or refund.
